Aluminum. Air. Energy.
AluminAiry's battery technology is based on aluminum-air batteries, which generate electricity through a reaction between aluminum and oxygen from the air. This approach offers one of the highest energy densities among all battery types, enabling electric vehicles to achieve dramatically extended ranges—potentially up to 1,500 miles on a single charge— while remaining lightweight and simple in design.
Instead of recharging electrically, these batteries are "refueled" by quickly swapping out aluminum plates, making the process as fast and convenient as filling a gas tank. With aluminum being abundant and recyclable, AluminAiry's technology provides a sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective solution for clean energy storage and mobility applications.
Establishing a Technology That Can Serve Dual-Use Applications

Our targeted customers desire long-lasting, uninterrupted backup and remote power for desired power applications.
We avoid the current dependencies of the energy generation market, including diesel fuel, grid power, solar, wind, and critical minerals. Our sustainability begins at the core of our technology and will be maintained from us to our customers.
Turning Abundant Fuel Into Lasting Energy
Our technology generates electricity and aluminum trihydroxide (ATH) from commercially available aluminum that is utilized as an anodic fuel source. This is coupled with an air electrode that utilizes ambient air as a cathodic fuel and a water-based basic electrolyte.
How does our technology work?

Our systems operate at a voltage between 1-1.2 V per cell and can be connected in series to reach total system voltages of 12V, 24V, and 60V dependent on application.
Due to the primary energy generation ability of our technology, we rely on our mechanical refuel system to perform on-site fuel (aluminum) swaps so that our customers never have to worry about it.
The aluminum byproduct in the form of aluminum trihydroxide (ATH) is generated from our technology and can ultimately be sold to secondary markets for additional revenue generation.
