By collecting and recycling aluminum from manufacturing, packaging, and post-consumer sources, we create high-performance aluminum-air batteries that deliver reliable power for homes, businesses, and electric vehicles.
The Future to Come
We imagine a future where energy is generated from aluminum cans and waste products. Instead of throwing these materials into trash, where 60% ultimately end up in landfills, we plan to utilize these materials as a low-cost fuel source in our AluminAiry energy generation systems.
Our Circular Economy Vision
Our goal is to create a circular economy with our technology at the center of it all. We can convert consumer and post-consumer aluminum into energy via electrochemical extraction using our systems.
We estimate approximately 1.3 GWh of energy is landfilled each year in aluminum cans alone. This is energy that could go towards powering our communities, our businesses, and our military.
